We ONLY accept returns or exchanges for product damaged in transit (OR) if the incorrect item was shipped and received by the purchaser.
Refunds & Exchanges: To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email (info@waleamusic.com) within (30-days) of the order date. Must provide a description of the product damage (or) incorrect item. Damaged product will also require proof via a photo attached to the email. Upon receipt of your email we will review your case and if approved will ensure a replacement item is sent out. If a replacement item is not available, we will refund you the full purchase price.
